Our driver was helpful and he carried our suitcases to and from the car to the hotel etc. He offered to stop if we needed to for drinks etc and provided a bottle of water for each of us for our long journey. Very prompt on pickup for our return journey too and we felt very comfortable with the drivers capability of navigating the winding roads and motorways. Would use Gama again for a mountain transfer. I called the taxi company 3 times over the next 40 minutes and was told that the driver was there, was probably parking up, was in the arrivals hall. During these calls the person on the phone said they needed to speak to the driver - but they did not call me back until an hour later to ask if I was still waiting. By this time had found another taxi and was en-route to my destination.Gama has posted the following reply to this review:Hello Answering this review we need to apologise to costumer as we was not coming in right time. Our driver wad calling to client around 35 times , I can ad screen shot from his phone , but nobody answer. After he come he try to call again and there was the same situation . Please dear guests pick up your phone when you arrive . We always conecting with our clients when they come . This was one of the hottest day in Alps . Very hard accident on highway , lot of new clients coming to Alps area in this case was worst trafic jams . If we can't conect with clients we can't do anything. Lot of clients was waiting for they transfers in this date . Thanks.

Large people carrier.Initially overestimated the return journey duration, discussed and they agreed to a reasonable pick up time.Different routes on outward and return journey - outward no toll roads, return toll road.Vehicle on way out had cracked and taped side window but this did not cause any issues.

Driver was on time at Moutier station, waited for us while we did a supermarket dash in Carrefour, and then helped us find our apartment and carry our numerous bags.We were so impressed we booked him for the taxi at the end of our holday and again his service was excellent.He clearly goes out of his way to ensure a successful transfer with the minimum of fuss.

However I was delighted by all aspects of the company and not just the price. I was contacted in advance and provided with phone and email details. Driver was waiting on time with clear name board. Very courteous , very good English ( but not French!) . Very clean , comfortable car , with complementary water , and we stopped half way for a complementary coffee. I would highly recommend Gama.
